Remote Pump Management System (PUMP 88)

A scalable, robust, high performance Integrated SMART Supervisory, Control and Management system using the versatile MC-88 controller specially targeted towards the monitoring and control of remote pumps.

MASTER COMPUTER
The Master Computer can be any Windows/Unix-based Workstation.
With the Integrated Human-Machine-Interface (HMI), the operator can monitor and control just about any function.
REMOTE TERMINAL UNIT (RTU)
  • Low power, high reliability X86 Controller running on the QNX real-time operating system, programmable using IEC61131 compliant languages and flowchart
  • Input/Output Cards to interface to discrete, analog and counter signals
  • Serial Communication Ports
  • Real-Time Clock-Calendar
  • Where required a non-interruptible power-supply and GPS-based time synchronizing systems can be included
  • Where necessary, solar powered backup for the controller may be provided
